ITREAS is a globally active academically focused research organization that provides a complete range of clinical research services. We are specialized in venous thromboembolism and provide the industry and academic community with services and capabilities to design, start-up and manage complex international clinical trials to address unmet patient needs.
To support our project management, we are currently looking for a Project Associate.
As a Project Associate you will support our project management in the execution of global clinical research in which our organization plays a key role.
You will be crucial in ensuring that all operations run smoothly and you will be working on various types of services. You will report to project management and will work closely with different stakeholders involved in our studies.

Job role – what will you be doing?
- Controlling and checking quality of project dossiers and adjudication (patient) files
- Processing (medical) dossiers in line with project specific procedures
- Updating information systems with data and dossiers received and processed
- Assisting with the development and distribution of (medical) study documents
- Processing records of the medical monitoring, 24/7 medical helpline and data safety monitoring activities of ITREAS and its subcontractors
- Filing of project and study documents
- Providing general administrative support
- Preparing project dossiers and project files for long-term archiving
- Participating in project team meetings
Requirements and Qualifications – who are you?
- Team player with a hands-on mentality and good interpersonal skills
- Highly accurate way of working
- Good command of English (both verbally and written)
- Strong computer skills, including MS Excel and preferably experience with eCRF systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Merative Zelta)
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing or a related field or relevant working experience
